Part 01 · Using ERC
What ERC offers, who can take part, and what a certificate does and does not mean.
By accessing or using any website, program, certification track, or community initiative offered by Emotional Reset Center USA, LLC ("ERC," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
ERC is an education, training, coaching, and community-development organization. We provide certification programs, workshops, summits, and community initiatives such as the AnchorED 1M movement and the Gabay network.
ERC does not provide clinical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, or any service that requires professional clinical licensure. Our programs are educational and supportive in nature.
Some programs may require you to create an account or submit registration information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep that information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Certificates of completion are issued to participants who meet the applicable requirements of a given program, as determined by ERC. Completion of a program does not confer any professional license, clinical credential, or legal authorization to practice therapy, counseling, or medicine.
Part 02 · Content & Conduct
Who owns the materials, how we treat one another, and how fees and refunds work.
All course materials, curricula, trademarks, logos, videos, and other content provided as part of ERC programs remain the intellectual property of Emotional Reset Center USA, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this material without prior written permission.
You agree to engage with ERC programs, staff, facilitators, and fellow participants respectfully and in good faith. ERC reserves the right to remove any participant from a program or community initiative for conduct that is abusive, disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with our values.
Fees for paid programs, certifications, or events will be disclosed prior to registration. Refund eligibility, if any, will be described in the specific program’s registration materials at the time of enrollment.
Part 03 · Limits & Liability
What our programs are not, the limits of our liability, and when access may end.
ERC programs are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emotional Reset Center USA, LLC and its officers, employees, facilitators, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our programs or services.
ERC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any program or service at its discretion, including for violation of these terms, without prior notice where circumstances warrant.
Part 04 · Law, Changes & Contact
Which law applies, how these terms may change, and where to send your questions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Emotional Reset Center USA, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
