Meet the Lecturer and Facilitator of Coaching in Action
Dr. Bryce Fabro is the Founder and CEO of BRYCE Inspired Careers and co-founder of the Emotional Reset Center, with a mission to train teachers, parents, and professionals in ethical mental health support.
With over 20 years of experience in training, leadership development, and consulting, she specializes in helping individuals support others safely—without crossing therapeutic boundaries. Her work focuses on future-ready education, emotional resilience, and responsible coaching practices.
Dr. Bryce holds a PhD in Humanities, a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, and is currently completing her Applied Behavior Analysis program. She is passionate about modeling ethical coaching in real-life settings so learners can observe, understand, and apply best practices with confidence.
Dr. Brenda Fortune is a licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Washington, with a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision.
With extensive experience across community mental health, education, church, and private practice settings, she brings deep clinical insight into ethical support, boundaries, and referral practices. She currently practices at Peninsula Psychological Center and co-founded ISA Life and Relationship Consulting, LLC.
Dr. Fortune is passionate about helping individuals achieve emotional wholeness and healthy relationships, and she plays a key role in ensuring that Coaching in Action sessions remain safe, grounded, and ethically guided for all participants.
Dr. Don Fortune has a doctorate in Strategic Leadership (Counseling Leadership) from Faith University in Tacoma, Washington and is certified by the International Board of Christian Care as a Christian Life Coach specializing in marriage and family coaching. He is also certified by the Board of Mental Health Coaching as a Master Mental Health Coach.
Dr. Fortune is a cytotechnologist by training and worked as one in the US Navy as well as US Army for 26 years. He has been married for 33 years to his wife, Brenda, and they have three grown daughters.
