The Emotional Reset Center (ERC) is a global mental health education and well-being organization based in the United States, with established partnerships and community-based initiatives across the Philippines.

ERC develops structured training ecosystems designed to strengthen access to ethical, informed, and human-centered mental health support.

No. ERC is an education, training, coaching, and community-development organization. We do not provide clinical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, or other services that require professional clinical licensure.

Not at all. Our foundational tracks are designed for teachers, parents, HR and church leaders, student leaders, barangay workers, and anyone people already turn to. Mental health is everyone's responsibility, not everyone's expertise.

Programs may be delivered in English, Filipino, and selected regional languages depending on the needs of the participating community or organization.

Programs and certification

ERC offers six certification tracks addressing key areas of human development, emotional well-being, community support, and responsible helping practice.

Program duration varies according to the certification track, cohort structure, practice requirements, and delivery format.

Both delivery formats are available. ERC facilitates online cohorts and may also arrange in-person programs delivered by qualified facilitators.

Yes. Participants who successfully complete the applicable program requirements receive an ERC certificate of completion.

AnchorED 1M is ERC's flagship national movement designed to develop a network of one million trained Gabay across communities.

A Gabay is a trained everyday responder who can recognize signs of distress, listen without judgment, respond within ethical boundaries, and facilitate appropriate referral.

The pathway generally begins with participation in an appropriate ERC foundational certification program.

Yes. Graduates may participate in communities of practice, refresher learning, reflective activities, and continuing development.
